Michael Argall's Rogue bike ride

Michael's Memorial ride was Yesterday morning at 8am. There where about 100 riders there to honor him. I got there late & missed getting to photograph the crowd. I did however hang out for a while & got to capture some of the riders returning. I was great to see Sydney, Nathan & Daniel again. I got to hang with the boys for a while & that was nice. I also got to meet some of Michael's co-workers at Rogue as well as the Sheriffs department.  Everyone was so nice & it was my pleasure to be even a small part of it. Here are some photos from the ride.

This last shot is of Sydney being rescued by one of her dads co-workers. Thank God for the Sheriffs Department!

Suzie's Maternity photos

My friend Suzie is so beautiful pregnant. We had so much fun on Saturday at her photo shoot. Her husband Jeremiah & sweet 2 year old girl Ashley made for some great photos! Here are some of my favorites.

Nathan James Dobsons Baptism

This precious baby boy was baptized on Saturday, July 12, 2008. He had many family members from all over the world to celebrate his birth & baptism. The priest said that Nathan's baptism was the largest one he had ever seen. Mom & Dad where very proud of their little guy, their joy is so apparent. Thank you Alexis for trusting me with such an important day in your family's live. It was a pleasure to cover it for you.

God Bless!

Elizabeth

Gateways ride for Michael Argall

Gateway Church had a ride to honor Michael on Saturday. There where about 50 of the Gateway family there to ride & remember our amazing brother in Christ. It was very emotional & beautiful to see everyone riding for Michael. It actually made me feel happy to see the cyclist riding all together. It is the first little bit of joy I have felt sense Michael's passing. I am looking forward to the next ride in his honor on Sunday the 20th. Here is a link to the details: http://www.roguerunning.com/memorial.php.
Here are some photos I took on Saturday.

It was as if Michael was looking on as we prayed.

The gummy bears were a thing Michael always had for riders he worked with.

Sydney was proudly wearing one of her Dads jerseys.

In loving memory of Michael Argall

Michael Lloyd Argall was called to ride the roads of Heaven on Saturday June 28, 2008. He left our world doing what he loved, cycling!

That is the beginning of Michael's obituary on July 1st. His funeral was on July 2nd at Gateway Church, his church home. It was a great celebration of his life. It was so amazing to hear from people in the different parts of his life.
It was so apparent that he was consistently loving and caring to everyone he knew. We all loved Michael so much! He was a strong man of God & such a light for the Lord. He was a good influence to everyone he knew & touched many lives with his grace filled life.
I went on a mission trip to Mississippi with him in 2006. He was so much fun & was a joy to serve with. His love for the Choctaw indians was so apparent. Below are photos I took at the Funeral. The first one has a photo I took of Michael on that mission trip. You can see the Love of Christ in his eyes.

We love you & miss you Michael! I know that you are in heaven having a glorious time with Jesus, see you on the other side my brother.

~ Please pray for Michael's family:
Sydney, Nathan, Daniel, Kris, Shamayne & Cecilia.

Michael Lloyd Argall

March 3rd, 1963 ~ June 28, 2008

This last image is one that I felt symbolized Michael, (The red rose) is looking over his three children, (The three white flowers). Red roses are for Love & Michael's Love will always be over his children.
I like to think the other small white flowers represent the
other loved ones here to surround you, Sydney, Nathan, & Daniel.

We are here for you & are praying for you all!
